About LePeir's Founder
LePeir's Founder Melissa birthed LePeir in 2020 out of her struggle with postpartum depression and anxiety after the birth of her miracle daughter in 2018.
Her mission is to encourage, motivate, and inspire others to turn their pain into purpose because their past does not define them.
In late 2021, Melissa birthed a new vision with a mission to spread awareness, advocacy, and adoption for those experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety. She is determined to change the world, one encouraging word at a time.

What does LePeir mean?
The name LEPEIR was chosen as the Umbrella for the family empire. Whatever businesses or brands they create will now be a branch off LePeir.
LE- stands for Lee, which is Melissa's daughter's middle name. PEIR- stands for Pearson, their last name. The goal is to CREATE generational wealth and BREAK generational curses while inspiring and encouraging others.
